Ingredients
2-1/4 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup milk
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup shredded American cheese
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper

Directions

1. Cook macaroni according to package directions then drain and return to pot.
2. Add milk, cheddar, Monterey Jack, American cheese, mozzarella and pepper then cook over low heat stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
