2 cups macaroni<br />
1 cup grated American cheese<br />
1 cup milk<br />
2 eggs beaten<br />
2 teaspoons salt<br />
Frankfurters<br />
Tomatoes</p>
<p>Directions</p>
<p>1. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 20 minutes.<br />
2. Drain and combine remaining ingredients except frankfurters.<br />
3. Put a layer in the bottom of a well-oiled loaf pan.<br />
4. Lay 4 frankfurters on top lengthwise of pan.<br />
5. Add another layer of macaroni then frankfurters topping with another layer of macaroni.<br />
6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until solid.<br />
7. Keep top covered with wax paper most of the cooking time to prevent drying.<br />
8. Turn out onto platter and garnish with tomato wedges.</p>
