1 cup elbow macaroni (uncooked)<br />
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese<br />
1/4 cup milk<br />
1 tablespoon butter<br />
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese<br />
salt to taste</p>
<p>Directions</p>
<p>Preheat oven broiler.</p>
<p>Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for about 10 minutes, drain and transfer to an oven safe dish, mix in with shredded cheddar cheese, milk, butter and salt. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.</p>
<p>Put in the oven and broil until cheese is melted and beginning to brown. About 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!!</p>
